Hi Cindy. I just wanted to thank you for your help with REG...yes REG!! If you recall Phil asked you to talk to me to help me come up with a way to study for REG in a manner more like the way you would study for it and I'm happy to say I went from a 57 to an 80 as a result of using this approach. I passed parts one, two and four of the CIA test the first time. The third part, using ******, I flunked three times! This time I used Exam Matrix and, as promised, I passed. I didn't even use the book - I just let the CD control the testing and dedicated about an hour a day.
